Job Summary

Church & Dwightisseekinga Business Development Managerto join our team.

The Business Development Manager - Redistribution is responsible for driving profitable growth through key national and regional wholesalers serving the Away from Home market.

About the Role

This role focuses on expanding distribution, optimizing redistribution models, and improving inmarket execution through complex, multitier distribution networks. The ideal candidate brings strong wholesale experience, a clear understanding of redistribution, and the ability to translate strategic agreements into measurable results at the field and enduser level.

Work Environment

Remote: This role is performed on a remote basis. Occasional attendance atin-personmeetings required as business needs dictate

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Away from Home sales through key Redistribution partners.
  • Manage seniorlevel relationships with Redistributors while ensuring alignment and execution at the field level.
  • Optimize Redistribution models, including flowthrough economics, pricing alignment, assortment, and compliance.
  • Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) focused on distribution expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Partner with Redistributor sales teams to drive awareness, selling focus, and pullthrough.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, distribution metrics, and redistribution effectiveness; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

Education & Experience
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within Away from Home; including Jan/San, Hospitality or similar commercial channels.
  • Proven experience working with wholesalers and redistribution models.
  • Strong understanding of multitier distribution structures and flowthrough economics.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Experience selling branded products through national Redistributors.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
