Albany Med Health System is seeking an Audio-Visual Specialist to provide onsite and remote support for complex AV needs. You will own issues escalated by Help Desk Techs, escalate appropriately, and maintain exemplary customer service for all Albany Med employees. You will set up and maintain multimedia equipment, troubleshoot connectivity, and collaborate with Information Systems & Services to meet timelines and support enterprise growth.
