They typically use digital tools and online platforms to collaborate, communicate, and deliver engineering solutions in fields such as software development, mechanical engineering, or electronics. This setup allows companies to access global talent and enables engineers to work flexibly, often from home or co-working spaces. Remote Chinese engineers are valued for their technical skills and ability to work in international teams.
