Job Description

Job Title:OA Development Engineer (Consultant)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop OA systems based on the Nintex K2 platform, optimizing existing workflows and functionalities.
  • Implement process automation solutions according to business requirements.
  • Provide daily maintenance and technical support for the OA system, promptly addressing and resolving system issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments for requirements analysis and preparation of technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Nintex K2 technology and propose improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of development experience on the Nintex K2 platform, proficient in process design, form configuration, and integration development.
  • Familiar with mainstream OA system architectures and related technologies (e.g., SQL Server, .NET, C# ).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing, with the ability to understand and draft relevant technical documentation. Ability to communicate in Chinese is considered a plus.
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other low-code development platforms is preferred.
  • Candidates with prior banking experience will be given priority.
