We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Lowland Behavioral Health Center. This is a full-time remote position situated in Dallas, Texas, where you will play a pivotal role in providing empirical support and guidance to families, particularly focusing on children in their early developmental stages. With a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, this role will allow you to make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families.

As an LCSW, your everyday responsibilities will include:

• Administering thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and strengths of children and their families.
• Participating actively in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) aimed at meeting specific developmental goals.
• Monitoring progress and outcomes, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to early intervention services.
• Providing emotional support and resources to families, empowering them to advocate for their child’s developmental needs.
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to child welfare and mental health services.
• Building trusted relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who are facing developmental delays or disabilities. Your interventions will directly impact their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. It is imperative that you adopt a family-centered approach, treating each family as a partner in their child’s growth and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• A valid clinical licensure from the Department of Public Health, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A confident understanding of adapting to various learning styles to cater to the unique requirements of each child’s treatment plan.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for assessments and consultations as necessary.

We are looking for candidates who bring:

• At least two years of experience working directly with children and families in early intervention settings.
• A demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring that learning is integrated into the child’s natural interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to foster a supportive network among parents and professionals.
