You will have access to up-to-date electronic health record (EHR) systems and will engage in regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases and share insights. The workweek runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts depending on client needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that are responsive to each client's developmental stage and family context.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at educating and supporting parents and caregivers in creating a positive and understanding home environment.
• Work collaboratively with our team of child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide cohesive and holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring best practices in patient care.
• Actively participate in case consultations and professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Our central focus is on the mental health of children and adolescents, a demographic that faces unique challenges during crucial developmental stages. Our therapists work closely with young clients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders, aiming to provide a safe space for expression and healing. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York state.
• Proven expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques.
• Experience delivering both individual and family therapy services to young clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on creating child-friendly environments.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with children, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to work as part of a diverse team to achieve common goals.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, specifically with children and adolescents.
• Experience in crisis intervention and addressing acute behavioral challenges in youths.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities and interventions suitable for different developmental stages.
