As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental delays and needs.
• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique situation.
• Monitor and track outcomes while working cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Foster strong rapport with children and their families, actively promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide educational support and resources to families, helping them navigate their child's development effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies in conjunction with Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance learning outcomes.
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard the welfare of clients.
• Implement recommended service frequencies based on child development assessments to support milestones and family objectives.
• Incorporate a coaching model in interactions with families, emphasizing the importance of natural environments for child learning.

This role primarily focuses on early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your work will directly assist families in fostering their children's competencies in physical, cognitive, social, and communication areas. You'll be integral to a supportive network that champions the growth and well-being of both the children and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential travel for client meetings, if necessary.
• Strong adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring tailored approaches to each child's needs.
• At least one year of experience working in early intervention with children.
