Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients through therapeutic sessions, assisting them in defining and achieving their treatment goals.
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, integrating various therapeutic modalities.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to ensure they meet evolving client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other treatment providers and placement agencies, ensuring seamless interdisciplinary communication and care.
  • Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of client interactions, interventions, and progress using our designated electronic health record systems.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, scheduling sessions appropriately, and ensuring accurate session notes are maintained.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and trainings, contributing to team discussions and organizational improvements.
  • Foster a nurturing environment, enriching our organizational culture with innovative ideas and collaborative practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population of clients who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our aim is to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals from all walks of life, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their specific situations. As a therapist, your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their healing journey, equipping them with tools and strategies for long-term success.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in Massachusetts, such as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, providing direct client services.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity and experience with community mental health resources to assist clients in accessing comprehensive care.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate therapeutic concepts and client progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through empathy, understanding, and respect for their unique experiences.
  • Strong leadership qualities that foster trust within the team and promote a supportive working environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
