Since 1951, we've helped protect working-class families by providing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. In this fully remote position, you'll connect with clients through scheduled Zoom appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, and guide families through the enrollment process.

What You'll Do
  • Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.
  • Conduct virtual appointments using Zoom.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development.
Qualifications
