This position is remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders in various school settings. You will engage with families and children through virtual meetings and assessments, utilizing technology to provide comprehensive support and guidance. Your role as an LCSW will encompass several critical responsibilities designed to enhance child development and family well-being:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.
• Monitor and report on outcomes as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
• Provide emotional and social support to families, equipping them with skills and strategies to aid in their child's development.
• Administer evaluations per best practices, adhering to both federal and state guidelines to maintain compliance and ensure quality care.
• Establish rapport with children and their families to create a trusting atmosphere conducive to learning and development.
• Utilize a coaching model to implement Natural Learning Environment Practices, enhancing family engagement during sessions.
• Recommend service frequency based on individual child development status and family concerns.

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who present various developmental challenges. These children may have disabilities or delays in physical, cognitive, or social/emotional skills. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying their needs and providing targeted support to facilitate their growth within a nurturing environment, which is especially vital during their formative years. You will also collaborate with schools and community resources to advocate for these children and their families.

To be successful in this position, the following qualifications are required:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate occasional in-home visits and community-based support.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple cases.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey vital information clearly and compassionately.
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team-focused environment.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least one year of experience in early intervention services working directly with children.
• Bilingual skills are encouraged to enhance service delivery to diverse families.
• Experience in developing and facilitating workshops or training sessions for parents and caregivers.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
