Key Responsibilities

Your role as an LCSW will encompass several critical responsibilities designed to enhance child development and family well-being:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying their needs and providing targeted support to facilitate their growth within a nurturing environment, which is especially vital during their formative years. Qualifications

To be successful in this position, the following qualifications are required:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver’s license to facilitate occasional in-home visits and community-based support.
