Mariveles Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote role, focused on providing vital mental health services to individuals and families affected by various challenges including neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, and parental substance abuse. This role will be performed primarily remotely, allowing for flexibility while supporting our clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our hospice center facility emphasizes a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that even in remote settings, our social workers can access the resources they need to provide quality care. • Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized support packages to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and dependencies.
• Conduct detailed interviews with clients to assess their current psychological and social conditions, strengths, and areas requiring support.
• Develop tailored, measurable goals for each client case and maintain an active involvement in their progress.
• Regularly monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure the best possible care.
• Provide empathy-driven counseling and relevant information during sessions to guide clients in addressing their psychological and emotional difficulties.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes to support effective care coordination.
• Participate in case conferences regularly and provide testimony when required in court situations, serving as an advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment and recovery, acting as a key worker when needed.
• Connect clients with community resources to enhance support systems and foster long-term recovery.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to those affected by trauma, domestic issues, and substance disorders. Understanding diverse backgrounds and fostering cultural competence is fundamental to providing tailored therapeutic support. Your role is critical in navigating these sensitive issues and advocating for client welfare.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven clinical experience in delivering social work and counseling services, particularly in mental health settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Cultural awareness and the capacity to engage sensitively with a diverse client population.

Experience working in remote or hospice settings is preferred, as it aligns with our client demographic. Additionally, familiarity with case management software and telehealth platforms is advantageous for effective service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
