The LCSW will collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations, working across various settings to deliver comprehensive mental health support. • Provide direct clinical services to individuals and families with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and school staff, to facilitate client access to educational and mental health resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and ensure timely completion of reports.
• Participate in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to high-risk clients as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and identify resources for underprivileged families.
• Play an active role in internal committees focused on quality improvement and service delivery enhancements.
• Stay abreast of developments in mental health treatment methodologies and regulations.

The primary focus of this role is to serve children and families facing significant mental health challenges, particularly within the school system. You will work with a diverse population that includes clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Your approach will be deeply rooted in understanding each client's unique circumstances, enabling you to foster relationships built on trust and empathy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities for diverse populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and compassionate language.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Competence in addressing age-related and specialty mental health issues.

At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, particularly working with children and adolescents. Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to trauma-informed care, behavioral therapies, and crisis management will be considered an asset. Previous experience in educational environments or with school-based mental health programs will also enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
