BluZinc is exclusively hiring a remote UAS based Director or Head of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics for a $100MM+ digital eLearning, mobile app, and online coaching business.Reporting to either the COO or CFO.
This remote-based role is ideal for a strategic data leader with experience in BI, analytics, and cross-functional reporting across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BI strategy, data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance, retention, and customer LTV.
  • Build and manage a high-performing analytics team.
  • Collaborate closely with CFO/COO on forecasting, KPIs, and financial modeling.
  • Own data tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Excel).
Ideal Experience
  • 7+ years in BI or analytics leadership roles.
