Job Description Skilled Trades Recruiter - Hybrid Location: Nashville, TN Are you passionate about connecting skilled trades professionals with top opportunities. Kodiak Labor Solutions is looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team. This remote role requires light travel and is open to candidates based in the Knoxville, TN area.

You'll specialize in sourcing and placing pipefitters, electricians, millwrights and other skilled trades professionals within the manufacturing and construction industries. Key Responsibilities: Source & Attract Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to recruit licensed trades professionals. Screen & Interview: Assess candidates' skills, certifications, and experience to ensure a strong match.

Write Engaging Job Descriptions: Craft optimized job postings tailored to skilled trades roles. Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding. Industry Insights: Stay informed on market trends, certifications, and salary benchmarks.

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of trades professionals for future hiring needs. Interviews: Conduct on-site interviews at client offices in Knoxville, Nashville and Kingsport, TN What You Bring: Experience recruiting in skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors. Proven ability to pipeline, source and hire pipefitters, electricians, millwrights and other skilled trades professionals Strong knowledge of trade certifications and industry terminology.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proficiency with recruitment tools and software. Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
