Job description

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, manage outreach campaigns, and deliver product presentations to prospects. This role is ideal for someone confident in presenting, highly organized, and comfortable working in a small, fast moving team. 


Job Summary 

Lead product demos, manage inbound/outbound leads, support marketing campaigns, and help shape sales messaging. Remote/hybrid role with high autonomy and direct access to leadership. 

Key Duties 

  • Present product demos via Zoom/Teams 
  • Manage sales pipeline, outreach, and follow‐ups 
  • Support email campaigns and social media 
  • Create sales decks, proposals, and messaging 
  • Maintain CRM records (Zoho) 
  • Coordinate with leadership on sales/marketing goals 
  • Assist with conference prep and lead follow‐up 


Requirements 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Experience in closing sales, marketing, or client‐facing roles 
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and online tools 
  • Organized, dependable, and detail‐driven 
  • Works independently  

Sales Hunter Only — Not a Digital Marketing Role

We need a closer who builds pipeline, runs demos, follows up relentlessly, and wins deals. If your background is mainly digital marketing, this role is not aligned your skillset.


Compensation 

Base salary $58,000–$74,000 plus performance bonuses
