Sales & Marketing Manager

Compensation: Salary + Bonus

Position Overview

JSL Building Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts, generate new opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives at building relationships and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is non-remote. The salary range is 70k – 160k based on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales goals to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, and business or account management experience.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge in the construction and/or Masonry Industry (not required but a plus)
