This role will operate in a remote environment, allowing you to manage your schedule flexibly while collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. You will regularly interact with colleagues via digital communication platforms to discuss patient progress, share insights, and develop collaborative treatment plans. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and diagnose conditions as necessary, employing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your clinical judgments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and specific patient needs, adjusting interventions as needed based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress.

• Document and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment histories using current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive care strategies that meet healthcare goals and ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide education on mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery processes to empower patients and their families, ensuring they fully understand the care being delivered.

• Act as a resource by guiding students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their learning experiences through mentoring and supervision as aligned with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate peer-to-peer reviews and participate in chart auditing processes to support team development and provide feedback aimed at continuous improvement of care practices.

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse client base affected by serious health concerns, particularly cancer. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will contribute to tailored therapeutic approaches that not only support mental health diagnosis but also align with the individual needs of patients and their families.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient or school setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with cancer care and its psychological impact will be advantageous in understanding this patient population's unique challenges.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
