Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to impact lives from the comfort of your own home. Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds attending school in the San Francisco area. You will collaborate with school staff, families, and mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate individual therapy, group therapy, and evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing dependencies, mental health challenges, and promoting healthy coping strategies.
  • Set achievable treatment goals collaboratively with clients, while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client assessments and progress notes, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and compliant with both state and federal regulations.
  • Engage in regular chart auditing with the clinical director, signing off on both individual and group therapy notes to ensure quality of care.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, school personnel, and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and support.
