State and Local Cyber Business Leader, Vice President
The Opportunity:
Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of Booz Allen's State and Local (SLED) Cyber business, building a national cyber market to help state and local organizations modernize operations through Booz Allen's products, AI solutions, and strategic technology partnerships. Develop and execute the national SLED cyber growth strategy, establishing premier cyber partnerships and scalable businesses across critical regions. Create a repeatable go-to-market model that combines Booz Allen's developed products and solutions with leading commercial technologies to deliver measurable cyber outcomes for SLED customers. Own executive customer relationships with State CIOs and CISOs. Build and lead direct and channel sales teams, overseeing pipeline development and sales execution through direct and reseller channels. Drive Booz Allen's presence in the SLED cyber market by leveraging innovative solutions and strategic alliances. Ensure the delivers of impactful, measurable results for clients through a combination of technology, partnership, and sales excellence. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience leading cyber growth
  • Experience building ecosystems of solutions versus point solutions
  • Experience with SLED government programs including delivery of cyber service and products, building business through channel partnerships and building effective sales teams
  • Experience leading matrix organizations
  • Ability to operate comfortably with governors' offices, CIOs, and CISOs
  • Ability to build new markets as a market creator
  • Ability to translate emerging technologies into mission outcomes for customers.
  • Ability to identify, shape, and capture strategic business opportunities across the SLED landscape, building strong client relationships and fostering high-value partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience consistently achieving top sales performance within OEM programs or channel sales leadership
  • Experience in the cyber or technology sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry trends and client needs
  • Ability to recruit and build high-performing, experienced sales teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $225,000.00 to $375,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
