Job description

Trueline is seeking a Project Manager to join their team a growing commercial flooring contractor serving hospitality, gaming, convention, and large-scale commercial construction projects nationwide. This role can be based in the Tulsa, OK area or remote/hybrid, for the right remote candidate, with some regular travel.
What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
  • Manage commercial flooring projects from award through closeout
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, and project scope
  • Coordinate project schedules, material releases, logistics, and installation sequencing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track labor, material, and project costs to help deliver profitable projects
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout documentation, and project reporting
  • Coordinate freight, equipment, housing, and jobsite logistics for nationwide projects
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, progress, inventory, and project execution
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and field teams throughout each project
  • Help resolve field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
  • Partner closely with estimating, operations, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery

Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
  • 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable coordinating projects with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive and accountable
  • Willingness to travel as projects require and remain available during active installations, including occasional evenings and weekends

Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
  • Commercial flooring or floor covering experience
  • Hospitality, casino, hotel, or convention center construction experience
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Monday.com, or similar construction software
  • Estimating experience
  • Construction Management or related degree
