Responsibilities:
  • As a Change Management Consultant, you will work across projects as a thought leader and develop change strategies that enable successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations
  • Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices
  • Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption
  • Train customers on the solutions we've built and how to best implement change within their organization
  • Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation
  • Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team as required
  • Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges
  • Approach organizational change as both an art and a science, leveraging proven change methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors that influence and drive behavioral change
  • Build relationships with constituents including: clients, internal teams, and consulting partners
  • Work across teams to serve as the "expert" on organizational change management including: overall program strategy, change design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement
  • Support a growing practice and be able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, aid in identifying opportunities and building client relationships, internal infrastructure, and best practices to strengthen our foundation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in general management/software consulting preferred
  • Experience related to the successful delivery of change management work including: change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops

Skills/Technical:
  • Proven ability to thrive in technical environments, especially implementations of Salesforce products
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Centers, Field Service, Salesforce CPQ, and/or Tableau a plus
  • Experience with change management tools, templates, techniques, or frameworks

Skills/Interpersonal:
  • Excellent communication skills and strong leadership and presentation skills
  • 4+ years experience in consulting, business technology, or functional domain
  • Strong technology background with working knowledge of Salesforce's preferred collaboration platforms (Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, Slack) preferred
  • Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge preferred
