Job description

Join a collaborative change management team and help guide clients through meaningful organizational transformations. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to shape clear strategies, build alignment, and support successful adoption of change initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and project teams to understand change needs and shape practical change management strategies.
  • Assess the impact of change across stakeholders, workflows, and teams, then help define mitigation approaches.
  • Develop change management plans that may include communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support leaders and project teams with guidance throughout the rollout of change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions that support adoption and readiness.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts, recommending improvements when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of change management frameworks and methods.
  • Stay current on industry practices and emerging trends in change management.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions.
