Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + 10% Bonus

Position Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Analyst to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible position that sits at the intersection of Category Management, Commercial Strategy (Marketing & Sales), and other cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.  Help us turn data into insights that will directly influence internal decisions, customer impact, and business performance.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we use data across the organization, including leveraging a robust suite of databases, building compelling sales narratives, and partnering cross-functionally to drive smarter, data-informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Translate syndicated (IRI/Circana, Nielsen) and internal data into actionable insights that drive category growth, assortment strategy, pricing, and promotional effectiveness
  • Develop clear, compelling, and insight-led sales narratives that strengthen retailer conversations and support high-impact customer presentations
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support line reviews, customer strategy development, and go-to-market execution
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production), using data to inform key business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Support the S&OP process through demand forecasting, performance tracking, and trend analysis to improve forecast accuracy and alignment
  • Support the CEO with various ad hoc analysis projects for both customers and investors
  • Evaluate trade spending and promotional performance, delivering ROI insights and recommendations to optimize investment decisions
  • Design and maintain dashboards, tools, and reporting that enhance visibility in business performance and enable faster decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external data providers and internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistency, and best-in-class analytics utilization
  • Track and improve core business KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, margin performance, and promotional ROI

Experience & Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, category management, or insights within CPG, retail, or a related industry
  •  Hands-on experience with syndicated data platforms (IRI/Circana, Nielsen) and a strong understanding of how to apply insights to real-world business decisions
  • Panel data experience preferred (Numerator, IRI Panel, Nielsen Panel, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); ability to build clear, intuitive reporting
  • Advanced database skills, including SQL proficiency and Python proficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to move beyond the data—connecting insights to business implications and recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience building presentations and influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action
  • Experience working in or supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or S&OP environments strongly preferred
