Remote Case Management information

How to become a remote case management?

To become a remote case manager, typically you need a relevant degree such as social work, nursing, or healthcare administration, along with experience in case management or social services. Certification, like the Certified Case Manager (CCM), can enhance job prospects. Strong communication skills and proficiency with case management software are also important for success in a remote setting.

How does remote case management typically facilitate effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams?

In remote case management, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is often achieved through regular virtual meetings, secure messaging platforms, and shared documentation systems. Case managers coordinate care by maintaining clear communication with healthcare providers, social workers, and external agencies, ensuring that all parties are updated on client progress and needs. While working remotely can present challenges such as time zone differences and technology barriers, most organizations provide access to digital tools and scheduled check-ins to support seamless teamwork. This collaborative environment enables case managers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care, even when working from different locations.

Common Search & ComparisonYesYes

Remote Case Management and Remote Social Work share similarities in working with clients remotely and requiring relevant certifications. However, social workers typically hold degrees and licenses, and work in broader social service settings, while case managers focus on coordinating care within healthcare or insurance industries. Both roles are vital in supporting clients remotely but differ in credentials and specific industry applications.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote case manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Case Manager, you need a background in social work or related fields, strong organizational skills, and experience with case management processes. Familiarity with case management software, electronic documentation systems, and sometimes certifications like CCM (Certified Case Manager) are typically required. Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills help build rapport and effectively support clients remotely. These skills ensure efficient service delivery, client engagement, and successful outcomes while working from a distance.

What type of remote case management makes the most money?

In remote case management, specialized roles such as clinical case managers, nurse case managers, or those with advanced certifications tend to earn higher salaries. Experience, industry (e.g., healthcare, insurance), and proficiency with case management software also influence earning potential.

What is remote case management?

Remote case management is a process where case managers coordinate and oversee services for clients, such as patients or social service recipients, from a remote location using digital communication tools. This approach allows professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, monitor progress, and provide support without in-person meetings. Remote case management is increasingly popular in healthcare, social work, and insurance sectors, offering flexibility and expanded access to services. It relies on secure technology to maintain client confidentiality and ensure effective communication. This model can improve efficiency and client engagement, especially for individuals in rural or underserved areas.

Job description

About Fundraise Up

We're Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world's leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we're recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About The Role

Fundraise Up is building a world-class partner ecosystem as a core growth lever. The Partner Enablement Manager owns the strategy and execution of external partner enablement programs that help partners effectively position, sell, and support Fundraise Up-at scale.

This is an individual contributor role focused on enablement systems, programs, content, and measurement. This role does not own day-to-day partner relationship quotas (Partner Managers do), but works closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional GTM partners to make partners successful and to make partner motions repeatable.

What You'll Do

Partner Enablement Strategy

  • Build and execute a tiered enablement strategy across partner types (agencies, tech/ecosystem, resellers) -- balancing scalable one-to-many programs with high-touch support for priority partners.

Onboarding, Training & Certification

  • Design structured onboarding and certification programs (live and async) that equip partners to position Fundraise Up by use case, run discovery and qualification, co-sell with internal Sales, and support post-sale handoffs.

Partner Programming & Events

  • Own the partner webinar and workshop calendar -- covering network enablement, product updates, co-sell plays, and public-facing events that drive pipeline with partner participation.

Content & Enablement Systems

  • Build and maintain a full enablement library: playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling, and implementation guides.
  • Manage enablement distribution through the PRM, portal, and/or LMS, coordinating with Product Marketing to keep partner messaging current and consistent.

Tech Stack & Operational Support

  • Work hands-on with Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, and Partner Fleet to support enablement delivery, tool adoption, and co-sell workflows.
  • Triage and qualify inbound enablement requests before escalation to Partner Managers.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs tied to business outcomes: time to first referral, partner activation rate, partner-sourced pipeline, win rate lift, and enablement satisfaction.
  • Run a quarterly operating cadence covering program roadmap, performance review, and iteration planning.
Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, partnerships, channel programs, or revenue enablement in SaaS.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills (webinars, workshops, executive-facing partner sessions).
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes (not just training completion).
  • Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple work streams with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset: can define KPIs, instrument programs, and iterate based on data.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, RevOps).
  • Experience with partner tooling and data workflows (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, Partner Fleet, LMS/PRM).
  • Travel ~10%
Compensation
  • The compensation range for this role is $145k - $158k.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA and HSA Spending Account.
  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
