Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Polk County, Florida

Setting: Home-Based, Community, Schools

Population Served: 3-18 years old

Years in Operation: Founded in 2015

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior analysis support plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
  • Provide behavior plan training and supervision to therapists and caregivers during 1:1 ABA sessions and off-site meetings
  • Complete caregiver proficiency checks and provide feedback on behavior plan implementation
  • Complete data reports, data analysis, and monitor client outcomes; make treatment recommendations for ABA services
  • Provide overall case management across a multi-setting caseload
  • Work within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization that emphasizes ethical care, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships with clients and families

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Typically 7–8 clients

Billable hour expectations: 30 hours per week (full-time)

Support Structure:

  • BCBA Coaching Program for newly certified and developing BCBAs — focused on clinical confidence, leadership skills, and case management expertise
  • Behavioral Progression Trainer (BPT) Program providing mentorship, individualized training, goal setting, and resources for new BCBA/BCaBAs
  • Clinical consultation and case review access through experienced Clinical Directors and Quality Assurance team
  • Centralized administrative departments (intake, billing, scheduling, credentialing, HR) so clinicians can focus on client care
  • Open-door leadership approach with regular supervision, 1:1 meetings, and collaborative problem-solving

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $48–$55 per hour

Bonus structure: Referral bonuses for referring new team members

PTO: 10–14 days

Health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance (for eligible employees); 401(k) with employer match; company-paid short-term disability coverage (including maternity leave)

CEU support:

  • Free CEUs provided throughout the year
  • ACE-approved provider
  • CEU Developer Program allowing subject matter experts to create and present continuing education content

Supervision/mentorship provided:

  • BCBA Coaching Program
  • BPT Program
  • Clinical consultation
  • Leadership development, and
  • Supervision experience opportunities;
  • No billing-tied supervision

Schedule flexibility / remote options: Flexible scheduling; remote and hybrid opportunities available — telehealth permitted for caregiver training, parent consultation, assessments, supervision, and other clinically appropriate services

Additional perks:

  • Multiple growth pathways: Lead BCBA, Clinic Leader, Regional/Expansion Leader, QA Specialist, BCBA Coach, CEU Developer, and specialized project teams
  • Travel time reimbursement for eligible direct service staff; client-related materials reimbursement
  • Team recognition programs: employee spotlights, work anniversary acknowledgments, credential achievement celebrations, team events, and holiday gatherings
  • Paid BACB supervision at no cost for BCaBAs and RBTs
  • SafetyCare Crisis Management training provided
  • College program discounts through Capella University; approved practicum site for prestigious universities

If it's listed here, it's real.

Why This Is a Green-Flag Clinic

This organization meets our standards in:

  • Genuinely manageable caseload
  • Strong BCBA retention — confirmed
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Robust CEU support — ACE-approved provider with in-house opportunities
  • No billing-tied supervision — confirmed

We don't certify everyone, and we definitely don't promote clinics we wouldn't work at ourselves.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a credentialed BCBA or BCaBA
  • Care deeply about ethical, high-quality ABA
  • Thrive in a multi-setting environment (home, center, community, schools)
  • Want strong administrative backup so you can focus on clinical work — not paperwork
  • Are interested in leadership, mentorship, or CEU development as part of your career path
  • Value a structured onboarding and coaching experience, not just being handed a caseload
  • Want to grow within a BCBA-owned organization that genuinely invests in its clinicians
