Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Arizona

Setting: In-home

Population Served: Children ages 3-8 years old

Hours of Operation: Flexible hours - Morning & Afternoon


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases 
  • Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans 
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans 
  • Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress 
  • Review reports and session notes 
  • Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies 
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes 
  • Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques 


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 5-6 clients
  • Billable hour expectations: (dependent on client needs)


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary: $85-110K (full-time); $85-110 / hourly (part-time)
  • Bonus structure: Annual bonus opportunity
