What Youโll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your casesย
- Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plansย
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plansย
- Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progressย
- Review reports and session notesย
- Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategiesย
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomesย
- Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniquesย
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size:ย 5-6 clients
- Billable hour expectations:ย (dependent on client needs)
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary:ย $85-110K (full-time); $85-110 / hourly (part-time)
- Bonus structure:ย Annual bonus opportunity
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
