This remote position allows you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth platforms that ensure secure and confidential interactions. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely using secure video conferencing tools, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges.
• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and substance abuse.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, following ethical guidelines and legal regulations to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest research and emerging best practices in counseling, integrating new strategies into your therapeutic approach.
• Participate actively in mentorship and team meetings to enhance your professional growth and clinical skills.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and empathy in all client interactions, tailoring your approach to fit the unique needs of each individual.

You will work with a diverse clientele that encompasses individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for a wide variety of issues, and you will empower them to navigate their journeys toward healing and resilience through personalized counseling.

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Telehealth training is preferred, particularly experience in providing online counseling sessions, but we are willing to provide necessary training for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to foster rapport with clients quickly.
• Keen understanding of ethical and legal considerations surrounding counseling practices.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, secure workspace for conducting remote sessions.
• A commitment to adhering to all state and federal telehealth regulations.

• Experience in providing counseling services through telehealth, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with substance use issues.
• Active involvement in community mental health initiatives or organizations.
• Willingness to engage in additional training or certifications as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
