• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, establishing a detailed understanding of their unique situations and crafting personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring the flexibility to meet the individual needs of each client effectively.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering continual support and guidance through the challenges they face.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to clients’ preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in accordance with our clinical standards and legal requirements.

You will engage with diverse individuals, fostering a therapeutic rapport that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences. This role emphasizes empathy and understanding, which are critical components in establishing effective treatment partnerships.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding, with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities crucial for managing therapy sessions and documentation remotely.

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote care setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in virtual therapy tools and platforms.
• Background in providing therapy to diverse populations with a range of mental health issues.
• Skills in crisis intervention and management are advantageous.

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. In addition, we offer:
