Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and methods to create tailored treatment approaches.
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy services via secure telehealth platforms, applying therapeutic modalities suited to individual client goals, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with each client to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the treatment process.
• Monitor client progress closely, utilizing data from session documentation to adapt treatment plans as necessary, thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, including detailed records of client interactions, progress, and any adjustments to the treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidates will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our telehealth model allows us to reach individuals across Anaheim, California, and beyond, ensuring that each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique challenges and life circumstances.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license in one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual interactions.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' challenges, fostering an environment of trust and openness.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage your caseload, documentation, and session schedules, contributing to a structured and efficient workflow.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing remote therapy and familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms.
• Background in evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to client-specific needs.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent counseling methods.
• Proven ability to adapt therapeutic interventions based on client feedback and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $105,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team.
