• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' mental health concerns tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to better understand the mental health conditions and needs of cancer patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating both traditional approaches and innovative alternative therapies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment plans, therapy sessions, and progress notes in compliance with professional ethics and standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to the unique challenges faced by cancer patients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging mental health trends and discoveries.
• Facilitate support groups, educational workshops, and individual counseling sessions, creating safe spaces for patients and caregivers to express their feelings and concerns.
• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and legal standards while delivering care.
• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill the mission and goals of Compassionate Being Wellness Services, LLC.

This role primarily focuses on cancer patients navigating the emotional fallout of their diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. You will play an essential role in providing psychosocial support during critical life transitions, helping patients deal with issues related to recurrence, end-of-life care, and survivorship. We aim to empower clients by addressing their mental health needs and facilitating access to community resources, ensuring they do not face these challenges alone.

• A valid Social Work License per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT or LICSW).
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting, fostering open communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience working with patients facing chronic illness, particularly in the oncology domain.
