Telehealth Call Center Clinician
Remote Opportunity (Must be Licensed in Indiana)
Shifts: 3 x 12 hours (2pm - 2 am)


Pay: $30 - $34 per hour

Position Overview

The Telehealth Call Center Clinician provides clinical assessment, care coordination, and referral services via telehealth. This role works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and external providers to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality patient care. This is a remote position for candidates licensed to practice in the state of Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts level-of-care assessments and completes ASAM documentation via telehealth platforms.
  • Coordinates care with interdisciplinary treatment teams and external providers, providing timely clinical updates.
  • Communicates effectively while adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations; documents all interactions accurately.
  • Provides community resource information and facilitates “warm referrals” to support patient engagement.
  • Collaborates with utilization review staff regarding authorizations and ongoing care needs.
  • Completes comprehensive, timely documentation in compliance with organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrates strong crisis intervention skills while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Maintains working knowledge of applicable clinical regulations and best practices.
  • Completes the admissions process, including verification of benefits and securing required authorizations.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BSW, LSW, or RN), or
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with appropriate licensure.

Licensure Requirements

  • Active Indiana licensure required.
