Vitalize Metal and Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to become an integral part of our remote team. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a full-time remote setting, allowing our team members to work from the comfort of their own homes while still being connected to a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address those needs effectively.
  • Implement and coordinate a range of behavioral health services, maintaining an evidence-based approach in all treatment modalities.
  • Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary primary care team, engaging with staff across different levels, including primary care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure adherence to mental health policies and procedures, making certain that best practices are followed to guarantee the highest standards of care.
  • Perform timely intakes for new patients, delivering respectful and professional counsel during initial evaluations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to clients, equipping them with the skills necessary to manage immediate challenges.
  • Refer clients requiring inpatient treatment or specialty care to appropriate institutions when necessary, always prioritizing the well-being of those you serve.
  • Screen patients for substance abuse issues, including prescription drugs and alcohol, directing them to suitable resources when required.
  • Foster a supportive environment by providing counseling to patients who test positive for substance abuse, facilitating access to local resources for increased support.

Qualifications
