As a member of our team, you will enjoy a collaborative and supportive remote work environment. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering your choice of scheduling flexibility, allowing you to set your sessions between 10 to 40 hours per week as per your availability and client needs. You will benefit from in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation, ensuring a focus on what matters most—your clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of therapeutic activities. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to determine their unique needs.
• Engage in initial evaluations, triaging care appropriately and formulating individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessment findings.
• Foster effective communication with team members regarding client status, treatment interventions, and care plans via documentation and regular collaborative meetings.
• Demonstrate the proficiency required to provide holistic care, addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of each patient, regardless of age.
• Manage a caseload through case management practices, coordinating with community professionals and programs to ensure comprehensive service delivery and support.
• Timely and ethically complete all necessary documentation to meet departmental requirements.
• Implement evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities in assisting clients and families in achieving their treatment goals.

Your work will involve direct interactions with a diverse client population. You will provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your commitment to client-centered care will play a pivotal role in creating impactful therapeutic relationships that empower individuals on their journey of personal growth and recovery.

• State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Ability to manage flexible working hours, with a commitment to providing quality client care.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within community health clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient interaction tracking.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary care teams is a plus, enhancing your ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
