The role is well suited for a detail-oriented analyst who can work across functions, organize and interpret data, and contribute to practical improvements in both financial insight and operational execution.

Help track KPIs that improve visibility into financial operations performance and support decision-making.

Process Mapping, Standardization & Improvement Support efforts to map, review, and improve finance-related operational processes, including handoffs, controls, bottlenecks, data dependencies, and decision points. Partner with stakeholders to document current-state processes and help implement practical process improvements. Prepare process documentation, analysis summaries, and supporting materials for leadership and project teams.

Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide reliable finance and operational insight. Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to gather, validate, transform, and visualize data from multiple systems. Improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and clearer metric logic and data structures. Support development of self-service reporting capabilities that reduce manual reporting effort.

Data Quality, Controls & Governance Validate key financial and operational datasets and identify discrepancies, logic issues, and inconsistencies that impact reporting quality. Support maintenance of business rules, KPI logic, and metric definitions to improve consistency and auditability. Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to improve data quality and reduce reconciliation effort.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Change Enablement Work across finance, operations, and data teams to help translate business needs into actionable reporting and process solutions. Support adoption of improved processes, reporting tools, and standards through documentation, training support, and stakeholder coordination. Contribute to reusable templates, reporting standards, and best practices that strengthen BNET's finance operations and analytics capabilities.

Exposure to structured data and the ability to write or interpret SQL queries, or comparable data extraction and transformation skills. Ability to document processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly for business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment with strong data integrity and control requirements. Familiarity with finance systems, planning tools, or ERP/reporting environments. Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence disciplines.
