  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, financial services, lending, servicing/asset management, operations, analytics, business systems, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Internship, project, coursework, or work experience involving data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, database work, process improvement, or business operations preferred.

  • Commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required; demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, real estate finance, lending, or financial services is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, or operational processes preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, real estate finance, multifamily lending, debt operations, or financial services.

  • Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support analysis, documentation, workflow efficiency, and problem-solving strongly preferred.

  • Ability to learn new systems, data structures, tools, and business processes quickly.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data or system issues to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to show ownership of work, take on new challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.

  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness when working with colleagues, stakeholders, and business partners.
