· Modify Crystal Report correspondence templates for Outdoor Advertising (ODA) as needed; support ODA year-end and monthly SQL data resets (§2.3.9)

· Execute and maintain annual batch reporting processes: Safety (Statewide Average Accident Rates, Intersection Expected Values, Accident Statistics Manual), Traffic (AADT projections), Striping, and SIMS draft/final save-down processes (§2.3.9–2.3.11)

· Lead Power BI dashboard development as MoDOT expands its BI capability; build new dashboards from Oracle data sources aligned to TMS data model

· Support the TMS Reporting System spatial reporting: expose ArcGIS data as needed; support the Web Location Book and spatial map report products (§2.3.10)

· Create and maintain Cognos report definitions; ensure compatibility with Cognos 10.2+ upgrades

· Support SIMS reporting: maintain the SIMS draft and final annual save-down process (§2.3.11)

· Document all report modifications in Technical Records; version-control report definitions in GIT

· Advise Program Manager on reporting scope in SOW estimates; provide LOE inputs for any new reporting development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 3 years of reporting and business intelligence experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI (§2.2.3)

· Strong SQL and Oracle query skills; ability to write and tune complex queries against a large Oracle schema (3,000+ tables)

· Minimum 1 year of experience similar to MoDOT's current computer technical architecture

· Experience with Cognos reporting (version 10.2 or higher) preferred or equivalent enterprise reporting platform

· Ability to pass MoDOT background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 1 year of experience with transportation-related applications (§2.2.3)

· Experience with location referencing or spatial data in a reporting context

· Experience with Power BI connecting to Oracle data sources via ODBC or Oracle connector
