Job description

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a subject matter expert and key support resource for the VIP ERP system, assisting end users, administrators, and shared services teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Lead projects through the full development process-from gathering requirements to working with developers, testing solutions, and supporting implementation.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for IT and vendor teams.
  • Create and execute test plans, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field and 1 to 2 plus years of experience in IT including guiding external vendors on project work and systems design and implementation experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 5 plus years of related experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience within a multi-location organization, operating in a 24x7 environment
  • Experience within the Supply Chain and Distribution industry
  • Experience working with major ERP Systems such as VIP
  • Experience working with the following technologies; Salesforce, MuleSoft, Blue Yonder
