Job description


The Infosys Business Development Executive is a one-of-a-kind sales rep who calls on their passion for the future to show business how to leverage the technology that will define tomorrow, today. From autonomous driving and big data in the energy industry to cybersecurity and software in the government sector, we want you to operate at the very frontline of innovation, spreading Infosys imagination, expertise and ideas through business and organizations worldwide.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3+ years of work experience
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions
  • Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry and business
  • Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience independently leading portfolios and mining
  • Experience providing market development, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis
  • Ability to rally colleagues, prospects and clients around your ideas and deals

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
