Job description

Apply Job no: 5123 Category: Administrative, Remote A P&G Business Analyst will be responsible for: Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams. Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources. Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications.

Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems. Independently creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines Focuses skills and experience on projects and oversees acceptance testing, contributes to development of user guides, provides user training, supports the user in development of work processes. Collaborates with scrum master to track progress of sprints (Sprint log, % difference between user stories planned and deployed).

Participates in resolving any functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover periodWorks under limited supervision of Sr. / Lead business analysts. P&G's freelancer opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
