How You'll Make An Impact- Design and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standards
- Decode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial delivery
- Lead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvements
- Architect key indicators across departments, leading team efforts to produce data that sheds light on execution performance, strengths, and hidden opportunities
- Serve as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required.
- Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior analysts and championing data literacy through systems training across the organization
The Expertise You'll Bringย - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential for pulling together disparate data sets

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience- Minimum Education:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required
- Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, enterprise performance, or a similar strategic role.ย Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is highly preferred
How We Work Togetherย ย - Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
- Travel:ย This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
- Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
The expected pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.
