• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gather relevant history and understand individual needs, shaping personalized treatment approaches.

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients dealing with a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex mental health conditions. • Must possess a current and valid state license as either an LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude necessary for effective therapy.

• Previous experience in a private practice setting or providing teletherapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with medical billing and record-keeping protocols is advantageous.
