Contract – Expected Through March 2027

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage customer billing and vendor invoice processing accurately and on time
  • Administer customer and vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, and chargebacks
  • Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to identify the correct PO number and/or cost center for invoicing
  • Research and resolve billing exception lines, identifying root causes of customer-specific issues and developing solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Respond to non-standard requests from vendors and customers with accuracy and professionalism
  • Participate in daily and weekly billing team meetings to review metrics, open issues, and priorities
  • Apply strong internal controls while working collaboratively within a finance environment
  • Understand and meet service-level goals and objectives when supporting customers
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, or a related field
  • SAP experience strongly preferred – ability to navigate systems independently without relying on reference material
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Clear communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and proactively flags issues
  • Self-directed and disciplined – able to work independently and stay productive without in-person supervision
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
