What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking financial protection and employee benefits.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with prospective clients
- Build rapport through genuine, client-focused conversations
- Identify each client's unique needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
- Clearly explain available coverage options in an easy-to-understand manner
- Guide clients through the online application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
- Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and team development sessions
- Stay informed about products, compliance requirements, and company updates
