This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth facility embraces the latest technology, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with patients through video-based encounters. As part of our team, you will have access to electronic health record (EHR) systems that streamline documentation and enhance patient care continuity.

• Conduct virtual assessments by engaging with patients through video therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, meticulously gathering patient medical history and conducting mental status examinations.

• Develop tailored behavioral health treatment plans and monitor patient progress, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, to ensure compliance and effective care delivery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in the organization to enhance service delivery and implement innovative treatment methodologies.

• Stay informed of advancements in psychosocial interventions, participating in ongoing education to continuously improve service quality.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with patients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on providing empathetic and personalized care that addresses these varying needs, with a commitment to improving their mental health outcomes.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• Valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to professional development through continuing education and familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices.

• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and EHR software.

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting is essential.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized settings, such as trauma-informed care or community-based mental health services, will stand out. Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices will also be considered a significant asset.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Benefits for this position include:
