• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address specific client issues, demonstrating a variety of therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Provide care to groups, families, couples, and individuals, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

The primary clientele for this role includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will be instrumental in developing strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, enhancing their mental health outcomes and overall wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum two years of counseling experience, with a preference for previous work in clinical settings.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Strong familiarity with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Experience in collaborating effectively within a healthcare team environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
