Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and couples therapy, facilitating sessions that foster open communication and understanding among family members.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the therapeutic needs of patients and developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Specializing in areas including, but not limited to:
• Alcohol Abuse
• Physical and Psychological Abuse
• Grief and Loss Issues
• Family Conflicts and Sibling Rivalries
• Job and Medical Stress
• Adjustment Issues Related to Divorce and Separation
• Enhancing Communication Skills Among Family Members
• Collaborating with other clinical team members to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.
• Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
