Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients during initial consultations.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that reflect individual goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for therapeutic work.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic strategies that prioritize client safety.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate, confidential client records and documentation.
• Engage in collaborative care by participating in multidisciplinary case reviews with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health care practices.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training opportunities to enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to identify mental health issues accurately.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to improving client well-being.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a consistent ability to manage various client cases effectively.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.
