Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and responsive individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Developing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that reflect the specific mental health goals of clients.
• Helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on providing support to stable, low-acuity adult clients who may be navigating various behavioral and mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will help clients achieve their therapy goals through individualized care and tailored therapeutic practices, ensuring they feel understood, empowered, and supported during their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a current, valid state license such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision, with no disciplinary actions in your history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, with a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote therapy.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following competencies will be advantageous:

• Experience working with low-acuity mental health cases, and a familiarity with various therapeutic approaches.
• Previous usage of teletherapy platforms and an understanding of best practices in remote mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on hours worked and professional experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
